Nick Fredella, a.k.a. “Nicky Bootz” a.k.a. "Dr. Wilbey Inebriated" has been around the block a spin or two. Originally from New York City getting his feet wet at all points in between, he landed in Miami some 25 years ago after attending the school of hard knocks.

Making his early living working with heavy equipment, welding fabrication.  In between working on race cars, hot rods and restoring old corvettes that ultimately lead to his passion of working full time with motorcycles, choppers and customs.

To bring everyone up to speed.....fast forward to Melbourne, Florida. Nicky Bootz was Billy Lane’s right hand man at Choppers Inc.. He has worked along side Billy the last 5 years with a job description involving building ground up customs, dealing with customers and all the vendors, assembly in the parts department and product development.

Nicky has appeared on 3 bikers build offs on the Discovery Channel with Billy and the choppers Inc crew, as well as a few solo spots at the Lone Star Biker Bash, Sturgis, and other events over the last year. Nicky expresses a world of gratitude for all of the kind words and comments Billy Lane has made on Nicky behalf in his new book (Chop Fiction) and on television.

Not one to go into things half hearted, his time spent while working at Choppers Inc. earned Nicky mad respect among his peers, leading up to his new shop Nicky Bootz Kustomz. Nicky puts it like this.... I’ll be building “hand twisted rides that you can put your bootz to!” hard core old school style stuff that he grew up with.

He is a wild man, constantly coming up with outrageous designs on both motorcycle parts and his custom bikes. He is living his dream in a world that takes so much talent and respect to survive. Nicky comes from a time where a hand shake still means something and your word is everything! When you see him at the next event or show....stop in and talk to him, you won’t be disappointed!.
